the result of my DNA analysis has come up.


i got the result briefly. according to it, a part of myself originally came from Africa, went through middle east and ended up in east of central asia's great mountain ranges now in China. so my great grand father was a mountaineer.

the result reminds me of that conversation i had with a chinese-american lady in Okinawa few years ago.

an interesting point is that the genetic human history map shown at the genographic project has two lines running through Okinawa region, which indicate that we came from south of asia in either way.

i'm really interested in my genetic history that i would like to plan to go to that mountain ranges. i may be able to see faces look like that of mine.
it was very valuable discovery for me in this year. i'm happy with that.

僕が何処から来たか？　遺伝学的にある程度の結果が分かった。　アフリカである、当たり前だが
自分の遺伝子が直接アフリカとつながっていると感じるのはかなり興奮する事実だ。
　　そして、中央アジアの東にある山脈地帯にたどりついた。　そこまでで、彼らの分析は終了している。　面白いのは、彼らが分類した日本・沖縄をとおる日本の遺伝子ルートに僕の遺伝子はのっていなかったということだ。　　　　
　　いつまでさかのぼるか分からないが、僕の遠い祖先は山岳地帯でその長い旅を終えた。　しかし、どういうわけか僕は海を越えて沖縄にいる、というわけだ。　
　　　
　　　　ひとまず僕の長年の疑問に対してある程度の答えがでた。　　　　　
　
　　数年前に中国系アメリカ人に言われた言葉が思い出される。
　「中国の一部の地域のひとにとてもよく似ている」　　
　　いつかその場所に行ってみたい。
